The subject matter of strangers’ hands considers the narratives constructed out of mundane, day-to-day observations.

The images are supported by introspective monologues in six chapters by editor and co-curator Brenna Horrox.

Designed by Numbered Editions, the bespoke ‘hand gesture’ typeface on the front cover highlights our sense of touch and is reflective of the hands within.
The Possessed Hands of Bill explores the connection, familiarity and intimacy which is possible amongst strangers.
